1. House parties and other events are prohibited

2. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment

3. Commercial photography and filming, as well as photography and pornography of a sexual nature, are expressly prohibited throughout the apartment

4. The use of tobacco products and open flames of any kind is prohibited in the entire apartment

5. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by guests through improper use of the apartment.

6. Unauthorised pets are not allowed in the apartment
